Yin & Yoga Nidra
Unlike muscle-focused Yang yoga, yin yoga involves holding passive poses for longer periods to focus on the connective tissues of the body and joints and also enhance chi flow in organs.
Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique that brings deep relaxation, healing the body, refreshing the mind, and eliminating emotional baggage. One hour of this psychic slumber equals four hours of sleep.

Dancing with our goddess Ari is an amazing teacher, she pays attention to details and is passionate. The classes are beautiful, combining arabic dancing and different styles of Yoga and meditation to help us connect to our inner goddess. Arabic Dancing was a first for me but her instructions were so clear and easy to follow that it was like being with her in a room! She leads us every week with a new theme and a new goddess to learn from! Giving us some ideas and « homework » for the week ahead so we can share together when we meet again the next week! Ari is cheerful and empathetic. She shares from the heart and it is wonderful to have her as a teacher.
