Stellar Therapies is delighted to bring you this unique and beautiful 3 - day hands-on course, to learn deeply about the body and how to make it feel wonderful through a combination of yoga & massage.
​
During the course you will start the day with yoga practices to strengthen and energise the body, bringing awareness to our own bodies and how they feel in preparation for massage.
​
We will then move on to learning the history and basic healing massage techniques for different areas of the body while getting a feel for and learning that each body is unique and will respond differently to touch.
​
We will end the day with restorative yoga to further support our bodies and bring an understanding to our self-care needs after a full day of massage.​
