This retreat offers a rich daily program of energy practices set on an island paradise.
Take time to listen to the waves roll against the shore as you stretch and breathe. Inhale, exhale - and repeat.
This 8-day women's only goddess yoga, dance, and wellness retreat invites you to take a step away from your daily life and take time to relax, rejuvenate and refresh your mind, body, soul, and connect with other women through movement.
Each day will start with an energizing sunrise yoga practice and goddess meditations, followed by a healthy breakfast and luxury spa treatments as well as plenty of free time for snorkeling, exploring, excursions to meet turtles and whale sharks! Or, simply read a book, soak up some sun, and take a swim in turquoise waters on the white sandy beach.
Our days will finish with women's therapeutic movement classes to go deeper with our inner goddess and restorative and yin yoga practices, leaving you fully rejuvenated and restored before dinner!
Each day the morning and evening dance & yoga practices are focused on a different area of the body, working from the root right through to the crown bringing balance and harmony.

"Much More Than Just A Yoga & Writing Retreat"
I was looking for a break from the daily grind. I hadn't travelled for many years and was looking for something inspiring and different.
I chose this retreat because it included two of my favourite things: yoga and writing, and it was in a Castle!!
It was a beautiful experience all around. I left with many writing tips and inspiration. I also left feeling invigorated, connected to life again, and incredibly blessed to have been a part of the wonderful community we formed
This trip is about more than writing and Yoga, be ready to be inspired and reconnected to yourself and life.

Yoga & Writing Retreat, Sept '22'
I chose this retreat because it was a safe chance to travel out of the country by myself.
It was so beautifully put together every detail was intentionally planned and curated.
I realized how much of a writer I actually am! I am a lot more confident in my writing abilities. I also felt a lot more in-tuned and centered with myself.
Trust me! Very much worth it!

I attended the 10-day retreat on Jan 22 at the Kamadhoo Inn Maldives. To say that the location was stunning and the warm welcome lovely, is just the start. I'm a beginner / new to Yoga and my friend is very experienced but we both got so much from it. There were 2 sessions a day one at sunrise to energize you for the day and one at sunset to calm the mind relax stretch and meditate. We went through each chakra during the week and the sessions were complementary to each other. Each person was challenged and encouraged to the extent of their own ability.
Ari is a competent, experienced, intuitive, and caring teacher not to mention an amazing massage therapist. It was a wonderful experience. One I hope to repeat on another of her retreats soon.
I was blessed enough to be on a 1-1 retreat Ari yoga retreat. The amazing setting in the beautiful Yellow Castle, which is full of charm and a wonderful, peaceful welcoming place to stay. The weekend was full of yoga sessions, massage, mindfulness, and walks. The weekend was designed around my needs and areas I needed to work on, which was just amazingly relaxing. Ari is warm and welcoming and extremely attentive to all my needs.
The weekend food of juices and soups and roasted goodies was a great detox for my body. This weekend was a real treat all about self-care and working on me, felt truly blessed to be there and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs some time for themselves.
My body and my mind both left felling relaxed, content and clear. Thank you Ari you are truly gifted!
